BOWIE TO HOLD LADIES DAY BOWIE, Md., May 23. A new departure on Maryland tracks will be inaugurated on Friday of this week by the management of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association at Bowie. On this date the fair sex will be admitted to the grounds with the payment of the government tax of 15 cents.
