ADDER, away well, displayed good speed and finished well. FIRE NECK gained steadily from a slow start, showing a good performance. CLIF-TONS AGNES raced evenly, but went wide entering the stretch. BILL LUTZ closed resolutely on the outside of the others in the strecth and finished resolutely. FLAG MAIDEN was a factor from the start, but tired. INGLE NOOK began slowly and closed much ground, as did CLOIRADO. THOMAS SETH showed early speed, but tired quickly, as did EARL GAAR. SOUTHLAND TOY took the lead at the turn for home, failed to withstand the winners challenge, but was much the best of the others. WHO WIN outlasted DONATE when the final test came. ALLEGRETTO was in close quarters on the first turn, was sharply pulled up, then, taken to the otuside, failed to gain in the stretch. - The others were outrun.
