1 BUYS J. LYNCH S CONTEACT HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 16 Jimmy Lynch, leading winning apprentice rider during Floridas winter racing season with thirty-three victories, was today sold by ex-jockey Paul Ratti, who held his contract, to George W. Ogle, who trains D. A. Woods string. Lynch, who is nineteen years old, hails from Albany, N. Y. He broke into the racing game as a member of George D. Wide-ners stable. He later became affiliated with Harry Wakoff, only to change over to Sheldon N. Fairbanks stable. Last summer Lynch joined Ratti s string and,, under the ex-jockeys guidance, became one "of Americas most promising riders.
