j TWO TRAINERS AND HORSES 1 . I PLACED UNDER BAN 1 ARLINGTON, Texas, April 20. The stewards of the Arlington Downs race track today issued the following rulings: For violation of Rule 237, B. P. Sparks trainers license has been suspended and a recommendation to" the racing commission made that his trainers license be revoked. The mare Lorraine S. has been disqualified from racing and a recommendation to the racing commission that the disqualification be made permanent. The entries of the horses Wanderoo, Gay Bird, Sequoia and Lettisil have been ordered refused pending disposition of the case by the commission. For violation of Rule 237 trainer L. J. Debord has been suspended and a recommendation made to the racing commission that his license be revoked. The horse Fingal has been disqualified from racing and a recommendation that the disqualification be made permanent The horses Flashing Thur, Lovito, Hawk Moth, and Friar Mark have been suspended pending further action by the racing commission. The stewards yesterday received from the livestock sanitary commission a positive report of stimulation of the two suspended horses in their last races, and after giving both the accused trainers1 a hearing, the above ruling was promulgated.
