LARGE CROWD AT OMAHA Brides Delight Equals Track Record for Five Furlongs — Large Crowd Present. OMAHA, Neb., June 22.— The second largest attendance of the Ak-Sar-Ben meeting turned out here today and was treated to numerous thrills, including the equalling of the track record for the five furlongs dis-stance by Brides Delight when she stepped the distance in :592/s to conquer Willow Wood, the holder of the record, and Phyllis R. Brides Delight accomplished the feat in highly impressive fashion as the bay daughter of Lantados coasted across the finish line four lengths in advance of her nearest competitor, indicating that the filly could have bettered the standard had she been pressed. It was the fillys initial start of the meeting here and she rewarded her backers with for straight tickets.
