CHICOLORADO raced forwardly from the start, bore over slightly towards the inside and was undef severe pressure, outlasting FENCING in the final drive. The latter, on the inside all the way, moved up gamely under urging in the final eighth, but hung in the final drive. TOP RADIO was green and outrun in the early stages, but finished fast on the outside. ADVOCATOR showed a good effort under pressure on the inside in the deeper going. CAMISADO finished well under urging. JUNGLE CHASE finished steadily under urging. THIRD COUNT dropped back after the break. CLINGENDAAL unseated its rider at the post and ran away a mile at slow speed. He showed early speed and then quit. Scratched 25153 Aerialist, 116. Overweight Top Radio, I5 pounds. ROCK LAD jumped well and was under steady restraint the first turn of the field, moved up stoutl when called upon on the outside, responded to pressure gamely and held on courageously to the finish. RIOTER followed the pace under restraint, jumped well throughout, saved ground and held on to the end. GOLDEN MEADOW was rushed into command after the break, jumped well throughout, made a bad landing at the eighth fence and then tired. ST. FRANCIS jumped well under restraint, but was outrun. RIDEAWAY, kept close to the pace in the early stages, faltered badly after making a determined bid the final turn of the field. Scratched 20876 National Anthem, 136. Overweight Rioter, 2 pounds. ABNER, in nearest pursuit of the early pace on the outside, was placed under pressure in the stretch, but hung under the weight at the end. KEARSARGE was placed under restraint when outrun and made up ground slowly in the stretch run. CHATMOSS propped at the break and was away slowly. BOOMING GUNS raced evenly throughout. IDENTIFY, in nearest pursuit of the pace all the way, came to the outside of the leader in the . stretch and then hung. THURSDAY was away slowly, improved his position on the inside after saving ground and closed fast. EXHIBIT raced fortvardly all the way, but quit under pressure in the stretch. BREVITY broke out of hand and dropped back, was taken under restraint in the early stages, improved his position and finished with determination on the outside through the stretch. TEUFEL was taken under restraint in the early stages, moved up when straightened out for the stretch run, but could not menace the leaders. MEMORY BOOK saved ground rounding the stretcii turn and finished well under urging. DELPHINIUM forced the early pace and tired at the end from his early efforts. MR. BONES had no mishaps. RED RAIN, outrun to the stretch turn, improved his position on the inside, but was; blocked in the stretch. .BIEN JOLI was shuffled back hearing the far turn. CRYSTAL PRINCE began slowly, moved into contention with a rush and then tired from his early efforts. PARADISICAL, away well and close to the early pace, quit through the stretch. THIRTEEN STARS. DEMONSTRATION broke in motion from the outside and had early speed, but quit badly. BEVEAU had no excuses in the running and could not. menace the leaders.
