f WOODBINE PARK NOTES f 5 - J. Bosley departed for Belmont Park to supervise the saddling of H. R. Bains Rock Lad on Saturday. Jockey Paul McGinnis went along to ride the jumper. C. S. Madison, Buffalo patron, has ten horses registered here in care of D. W. Mc-Kinley. Jockey Danny Brammer checked in to join the stable of H C. Hatch. The establishment is well looked after in the matter of riders, with Brammer, Stirling Young and Harry Peden available. Jockey Frank Dougherty departed for De-. troit to ride three horses for William Zakoor on Saturday. He will return next week. Harry Baldwin, assistant racing secretary and custodian of the jockeys room, reports that forty-five jockeys will be available dur-I ing the meeting. Horsemen stabled at Thorncliffe Park can make entries at that point for races at Woodbine previous to 10 oclock each morning. , The horses of "Conny" Smythe arrived from various points and are concentrated at Woodbine in charge of J. Thomason.
