T LESS INTERNATIONAL TENSION LONDON, England, May 6.— Indicating that the British government considers inter-, national tension has diminished, the British battle cruiser, Repulse, will accompany King George VI and Queen Elizabeth part way across the Atlantic when they depart today for their tour of Canada and the United j States, it was learned authoritatively yester- j day. The King and Queen are scheduled : j to sail aboard the liner, Empress of Aus-| ! tralia. Original plans for them to make the. ocean voyage aboard the Repulse were cancelled because of the European tension and the belief that the Repulse might be needed in European waters.
