Hi-Ty Returns Part of His Purchase Price First Out DETROIT, Mich., June 27. Louis De-Latour, New Orleans restaurateur and patron of racing, is a very well satisfied owner today. And well he should be for his recently purchased Hi-Ty triumphed at first asking yesterday at the Fair Grounds in the fifth race. The three-year-old son of High Strung Tylene, for whom it is reported DeLatour paid not in . excess of 0,000, paid off ,000 as the winners share of yesterdays stint, towards Jhis debt. But DeLatour anticipates "payment in full" before long. In fact, he is looking forward to starting his representative at some future date in a few of the high valued features offered here. Possibly the first such engagement for the speedy chestnut will be the ,000 Detroit Handicap, a six-furlong event solely for three-year-olds and an attraction of July 8.
