Illinois Notes LINCOLN FIELDS fat Hawthorne*, Stickney, 111., June 4. Jockey Anthony Skoronski, hurt in a training accident a short time ago, will be released from the hospital today but will not resume riding until the Washington Park meeting. F. E. Keller got in from Jonesboro, 111., with the three-year-old Lucky Colonel. Exercise rider Roy Craig, who was thrown here Friday morning, was found to have sustained a fractured rib. Chester Caldwell checked in at Washington Park with 12 thoroughbreds. They were brought from Des Plaines, 111. FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 4. Owner-trainer James Bronnenberg arrived here from his farm in Daleville, Ind., with Distract, Prince Gale, Burgoo Flight, a juvenile filly by Burgoo King — Lady Flight, and Oflag, a two-year-old colt by Burgoo King — Flag Song. Stop Harping was purchased from Floyd Shultz today at private terms by Dan Abbot, who will also condition the animal. Mrs. M. Schmitz acquired Athaliah from W. F. Hodges in a private transaction on Friday. O. W. Foster has been appointed as trainer. The first claim of the meeting was recorded Thursday, when J. E. Bilbrey deposited ,000 in the office to take Run Sun out of the seventh race from the partnership of Osborne and Piatt. W. B. Kennett arrived from Pleasanton. Calif., with Colma and Maltese Queen. The latter is a two-year-old filly by Boss Martin — Queen o Scots.
