| j i I 1 Kentucky Board Discusses Possible Changes in Its Rules LOUISVILLE. Ky., June 16.— Members of the Kentucky State Racing Commission held a special meeting in the clubhouse at Churchill Downs today, during which several rules which eventually may be al-| tered, were discussed. Under discussion, informally, were the disqualification rule; claiming rule, and the responsibility of an owner and trainer over his horses where the saliva test is involved. No official action was taken at todays session. Attending the meeting were Leslie Combs II., chairman; A. B. Gay, T. Vertner Smith and C. P. Lebus.
