Belmont Park Will Open Parking Lots Tomorrow NEW YORK, N. Y., June 18.— Officials of the five New York racing associations, having been kept in touch with the progress of the New York State Racing Commissions plans for parking at the tracks, have begun preparations to open the parking lots with the racing of Wednesday, June 20. Parking lots at all of the tracks will be open from that day on. There will be no charge for parking. A crew of men is being assembled and will be drilled in their new duties on Tuesday, and Wednesday are to be ready for the public. In order to avoid confusion, race officials stressed the fact that the parking lots would not be open Tuesday, as this day is required to complete preparations. Where Belmont parking is concerned, entrance to the parking areas are all off Hempstead Turnpike. The grandstand parking lots is the farthest westward entrance closest to New York City and the clubhouse entrance is to the east. Those desiring grandstand tickets must park In the grandstand area.
