Santa Anita Stewards Suspend N. B. Anderson, Jockey E. Plesa ARCADIA, Calif., June 19. — The Santa Anita stewards handed down the following rulings today: "For violating the trust placed in trainer N. B. Anderson by the owner, Walton Day, and for the false registration of ownership of the horse, Flying Stick, trainer N. B. Anderson is hereby suspended for the remainder of the meeting. The board of ] stewards recommended to the California Horse Racing Board that the license of trainer N. B. Anderson be suspended.* "For twice holding the saddle cloth of the horse, Vain Prince — Longden up — during the running of the sixth race on June 16, 1945, jockey E. Plesa is hereby suspended from riding during the remainder of this meeting. During his suspension he is denied the privilege of the grandstand area. The board of stewards hereby recommends to the California Horse Racing Board that his license for the year 1945 be revoked."
