Riggs Mahony at Gansett NARRAGANSETT PARK, Pawtucket, R. I., May 22. — Riggs Hahony, director of mutuel departments at many eastern tracks, has returned to take charge here after leaving to handle the department at Pimlico. Riggs will stay for the remainder of this meeting, which ends May 25. His father, Mortimer M. Mahony, is expected within a few days to make plans for Pas-coag, where he also operates the mutuels.
