Two Jockeys and Two Grooms Hit in Sportsmans Rulings Rulingsj j SPORTSMANS PARK Cicero 111 May 4 Two jockeys and two grooms were given suspensions this morning by the Sportsmans Park stewards in three sepa ¬ rate rulings The text of these rulings follow followFor For practices detrimental to the best interests of racing and conduct on and dff the race track namely conjing to the jockey room in an unfit condition and fre ¬ quenting the betting enclosure during rac ing hours jockey Glovis Bureau is hereby suspended for the balance of the meeting and deniedN all privileges of the grounds His case is referred to the Illinois Racing Board lor any further action as they may deem necessary Jockey H Wallace is hereby fined fifty dollars 50 for repeatedly whipping the horse Bygones over the head jn the first race May 3 1948 T For violating rule 286 section 10V of tfie Illinois Racing Board rules namely mis use of their badge privileges grooms Frank Hoskins and H J Martin are hereby sus pended for the balance of fre Snpr mans Park meeting arid denied all privileges Of the grounds
