Florida Racing Commission to Meet July 14 14BELMONT BELMONT PARK Elmont L I N Y June 10 W E Charles Jr secretarytreasurer of the Florida division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association advised today that he had been informed that the Florida State Racing Com ¬ mission would hold a meeting at JDaytona Beach Fla July 14 at which proposed changes in the rules effecting horsemen would be discussed Charles said that he had been advised by Floridas governor Millard F Caldwell that representatives of the HBPA would be invited to state their case at the meeting and that A J Specs Dunne vicepresident heading the Florida division the national president and Charles himself would be present at the hearing
