NYU Wins Second Title PHILADELPHIA, Pa., April 29 UP. — New York University won its second running title of the 56th annual Penn Relays today when the Violet foursome won by inches over Cornell In the 880-yard relay. Both NYU, anchored by Ira Kaplan, a member of the Violets sprint medley win- I ners yesterday, and Cornell were clocked in 1:27.3 time. Penn State was third by three yards and Seton Hall was fourth.
