Horses to Watch Horses who impressed Daily Racing Form representatives as beina ready to win: SPORTSMANS PARK ATOKA LAD — Encountered poor racing luck in debut, and should prove capable of turning back similar rivals at next Sportsmans asking. EAGLE RIVER — Capable handicap charge came forth with impressive effort in first start at Sportsmans and should improve from that effort. ROMAN VICTORY— Fleet three-year-old appeared a trifle short in latest effort which should have served as a tightener for future engagements. NORMRICH — Fast-breaking veteran sprinter should encounter little difficulty in returning to winners circle at first asking if not placed too ambitiously. O. K. DOAK — Has been training cleverly at Sportsmans Park since arrival from Oaklawn Park. Is capable of turning back ,500 middle-distance performers. DEEP FEN— Veteran sprinter failed to negotiate the sharp Sportsmans turns in initial start. Improvement can be expected with additional training at this track. MARKSMAN — Ordinary plater has been close up in recent starts and appears to have reached f eak form. Tab for early victory., JUNIOR WOLF— Connections should find suitable spot for this intermediate distance racer in near future. Morning trials have been impressive. PRISSY BOY— A drop in classification is all that is needed to. assure victory for this three-year-old sprinter. JIM BOY-H — Comes from smartly trained unit and should score one or more victories if matched against same opposition as against whom he competed in debut at Sportsmans. AGRARIAN SON — Has always displayed a decided fondness for the Sportsmans strip and never fails to come forth with commendable efforts. IT J STAY— This indermediate plater possesses a world of early speed and should find a field to his specific liking in the near future. DOMINION — Well regarded three-year-old has been training satisfactorily and recently worked five furlongs in 1:07 in most handy fashion. PLAY AGAIN — First outing after several months of inactivity was highly impressive and would suggest an early victory. VAN FLAG — Experienced distance plater appears to be reaching top form. Is at best over a muddy strip.
