Centennial Park Officials To Speak at TCA Meeting DENVER, Colo., April 29.— Centennial Turf Club President Marvin Millsap and Willard Tunney, general manager of Cen-tenniel Park, will be the guest speakers at a meeting of the Thoroughbred Club during Derby Week. The Thoroughbred Club, composed of 200 leading breeders and horse owners in the United States, will hold its meeting in Lexington, Ky., Wednesday, just three days before the seventy-sixth running of the Kentucky Derby at nearby Churchill Downs. Representing the Centennial Turf Club at the Kentucky meeting will be Millsap, Tunney, Barry Whitehead and F. Norman Phelps. Whitehead, who is internationally known in horse racing, was recently named Director of Racing for Centennial Parks 46-day season opening July 4. Phelps, a widely known Thoroughbred breeder from Oakland, Calif., is a member of the Centennial board of directors.
