HBPA Election Wednesday LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I., April 29. — Pat Fringe, chairman of the New England division of the HBPA announced that there will be an election of officers held here next Wednesday in the secretarys office. Voting hours will be from 9 a. m. to 4 p. m.
