Hold Annual Derby Trainers Fete in Louisville Tonight CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — The annual Derby trainers banquet, in which the Kentucky Thoroughbred Breeders Association honors all trainers with Derby horses, will be held tomorrow night in the roof garden of the Brown Hotel. President Roscoe Goose and program chairman Clifford Lussky report all trainers have accepted invitations and that more than 100 turfwriters also will be on hand to enjoy the festivities. Special surprises have been promised by Lussky. Those who remember last years affair, when the decorations and eats, down to ice cream and cake, were carried out in diamond designs in keeping with the Diamond Jubilee running, know that they have a real thrill coming up.
