Lincoln Fields Books Out SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, HI., May 8. — The first issue of the book of racing conditions for the opening 10 days of the Lincoln Fields at Washington Park meeting are now being distributed to horsemen in this area with Thomas Steele, a member of the official staff, having charge of the books at this track: The transplanted Lincoln Fields session gets under way May 16 for a run of 29 days.
