Boulmetis Full-Fledged Rider GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 11. — Samuel Boulmetis, who has become one of the leading reinsmen in the country since riding his first winner at this course on May 10 last year, today will begin his career as a full-fledged jockey. Although hereafter he will be deprived of the five-pound apprentice allowance, Boulmetis has become solidly established as a capable booter and should continue his success as- a veteran.
