Tentieme Whips Galcador In French 2,000 Guineas PARIS, Prance, May 15 Reuters. — Marcel Boussacs Epsom. Derby entry, Galcador, was today beaten by Francois Du-pres Tantieme, champion French two-year-old of last season, in the French Two .Thousand Guineas over one mile at Long-champ. After the race, Boussacs racing manager said no decision regarding Galcador running in the Derby would be made for some time. Tantieme, by Dieux Pour Cent— Terka, lead Galcador by a half length, with Ksar-inor third, two lengths farther back in the field of six. Le Vesuve led his stable companion, Tantieme, and Ksarinor, with Galcador last, but Rae Johnstone moved Galcador up coming into the straightaway. Galcador and Tantieme were abreast and fought it out to the wire, Tantieme getting up to win. Boussacs Corejada, also ridden by Johnstone, won the French One Thousand Guineas by a short neck in a photo finish with Due Dauaiffret Pasquiers Frimousse.
