Culmone Grounded Again DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 13. — Jockey Joseph Culmone, who only recently "served a 10-day suspension, was again grounded for that period of time by the Delaware Park stewards. The suspension starts Thursday,. June 14 and runs through Monday, June 25. The action was taken against Culmone for his ride on Istan in yesterdays fifth race, in which his mount bore out leaving the barrier and bothered members of the field.
