Veeck Forms Firm to Speed Rebuilding of Browns Club ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 27 UP.— Bill H Veeck and his associates may not yet have ,e all the St. Louis Browns stock they want to buy, but they are all ready to start .j. operating.
