Arrange Elks Day Purse ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 29. — Arlington Park will be headquarters for the National Elks convention 1 next Monday. Racing secretary Jimmy Kil-roe is arranging a special Elks Day Purse to make it official. Several thousand of the ; 60,000 Elks meeting in Chicago are expected to attend.
