Richmond Grounded GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 20. — Jockey Charles Richmond was .suspended for 10 racing days by the Garden State Park stewards this afternoon, after study of the film patrol on the eighth race Saturday disclosed that he had caused serious interference through the stretch run while astride Right Metal. The latter won the race, but was disqualified and placed second to Gay Gallant.
