Tufano JMeeting June 17 BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 7. — Louis Tufano, owner of the Marise Farm, has been notified by telegram to appear before the New York State Racing Commission at a special meeting to be held at 10:00 a. m. on June 17. Tufano, who was Thursday suspended by the stewards at Belmont Park for allegedly "giving corrupt orders" to two jockeys, which were not obeyed, is required to show cause why the owners license issued by the commission for the year ending March 31, 1953, should not be revoked "with such other penalty as may be deemed proper." Tufano was advised that he may be represented by counsel and present witnesses.
