I No Action in Jackson Deal COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 16 UP.— . A spokesman for minor leagues president ; George M. Trautman said today that he i planned no action in a deal aimed at transferring the Jackson, Tenn., franchise i in the Kitty League to Dyersburg, Tenn. The spokesman said an oral agreement had been made with the Jackson business manager for the transfer, but the agreement was never ratified by the Jackson club. The Jackson directors decided to retain the franchise in Jackson and sell it to other Jackson interests. Officials of the Jackson club contend the agreement was not bona fide because it was not formally accepted by the club directors.
