• Hear Tufano Case Today AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 16.— The I New York Racing Commission has scheduled a meeting at its New York City offices l for 10:30 a. m. tomorrow. The commission i will hear the case of Louis Tufano, local I contractor and horse owner, who was suspended in a ruling issued by the stewards i recently at Belmont Park. Tufano, of Market Wise fame, allegedly gave riding instructions on two occasions to jockeys on his horse. Gondolier, which did not meet - with stewards satisfaction. Expected to attend the hearing are Ashley T. Cole, chairman of the racing commission; commissioners Leon A. Swirbul and William C. Langley; John P. Powers, former assistant attorney general of New York and now the commissions counsel, Tufano and his attorney.
