Nicholas J. Angello Dies NE WYORK, N. Y., June 16.— Nicholas J. Angello, thoroughbred owner and breeder, died this morning at his home, 3001 Avenue I., Brooklyn. His stable is now at Suffolk Downs in charge of trainer S. J. Patterson. One of the better horses to carry his silks was Gallant Witch, who beat ! New Moon in the Wake Island Handicap at I J Pimlico during World War II. He is sur- . vived by his wife, Mrs. Elsie Angello, a brother, Joe Angello who serves as a judge in fights in New York; two other brothers t and two sisters. * 1
