June 21.— Weights for the 5,000 Monmouth Handicap, mile and a quarter stake race to be run at Monmouth Park next Saturday, June 28, are due on Monday from the offices of racing secretary John Turner, Jr. Turner will assign imposts to 36 hopefuls, including the top thoroughbreds performing in the East and number-- ing such as Arise, Greek Ship, Uncle Miltie, Joey Boy, Alerted, Three Rings, Post Card, Battlefield, Mameluke and others. The Monmouth has been advanced this season to a June running to avoid conflict with major races at other points to be contested during July.
