Australian Tennis Stars To Play at Forest Hills NEW YORK, N. Y., June 26 UP .—Defending champion Frank Sedgman and four other Australian tennis stars will take part in the National Singles championships at Forrest Hills, N. Y., August 29 to September 7, the U.S. Lawn Tennis Association announced today. Ken McGregor, the Australian champion who shares all the worlds major doubles titles with Sedgman, also will play in the U.S. championships along with Mervyn Rose, Ken Rosewell and Lewis Hoad. Sedgman, McGregor and Rose defeated the-U.S. in the Davis Cup challenge round in Australia last December. Hoad and Rosewall are 17-year-old players and are the Aussies top hopes to maintain their domination of mens amateur tennis. Sedgman won the U.S. crown last year by defeating Vic Seixas of Philadelphia, ] in the finals. i
