Two Riders Get 15 Days RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 26. — In a duplicate ruling here today the stewards suspended jockeys G. Roser and J. Welch for 15 days from June 28 to July 16 for rough riding and interference in the eighth race on Wednesday. Both riders were blamed with interfering with Vadapur, oods-on choice, who finished last.
