JUDYS RUNNER improved her position steadily to ivertake the leader after a half mile, drew out and was under intermittent urging to maintain the lead. GRAY JIGHT improved his position with a late rush along the inside. BLUE SICKLE came from off the pace with a elated rush that failed to menace. ROYAL TOP opened a comfortable lead at once, dominated -the pace for a talf mile, shortened stride and tired badly. VULCAIN SUN showed nothing. BILTRITE was unable to keep up. :0LD CHIC flattened out after a half mile. EMPTY POCKETS showed a dull effort. COINCIDENT assumed command after a half mile, Irew clear, came over slightly midway on the turn, continued on under steady pressure and held CEE VEE afe. The latter moved inside down the backstretch nearihg the leader, was taken up and eased to the lutside, challenged again in the drive and swerved under pressure, then failed to overtake the leader. FLYING dANE made up ground with a belated rush. AGI-GEMNA had no mishap. ARLETOD raced with the pace or six furlongs and weakened. BLACK ROVER was unable to keep up. FOLLY MILLS was never prominent. 3EVEN PASSES stopped badly. The rider of CEE VEE claimed foul, against the winner which was disallowed.
