Trainer Holt in Hospital DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 16. Trainer T. M. Holt is resting in St. Josephs Mercy Hospital at Ann Arbor, Mich., following a heart attack, suffered on June 7. Holt has been training the W. C. Martin stable the past three years. The handicap runner, Phil D., is the mainstay of the Martin string. Holt, who hails from Brady, Texas, suffered the attack after being jerked down from one of the horses he was training.
