Gay Drakes Brilliant Swoons Son was assigned topweight of 128 pounds by Balmorals board of handicappers fox-closing day headliner, the 0,000 added Balmoral Turf Handicap, slated for Saturday, June 15. The Drake champion, undefeated in three stakes on the main course this year under 128, 130, and 131 pounds, respectively, was rated tops among the 24 nominees to the one and three-sixteenths miles grass feature. Cockfield Farms Akbar Khan, winner of the Dixie and Brandywine Handicaps over the grass this year, was given 120 pounds. Alberta Ranches St. Vincent, 1955 grass champion, also was assigned 120 pounds, four more than Hasty House Farms English-bred Mahan. Holtsinger and Mcll-vains Bernburgoo, surprise winner of last weeks Continental Turf Handicap, was given 113 pounds as was Mrs. Harry L.
