Commissioh Rulings Reported to Dailt Racing Form HAZEL PARK; Mich., June 24.— The board of stewards issued the following ruling . which was approved by the Michigan Racing~Commissiori: "It is recommended that jockey J. L. Rotz be suspended 15 days June 26 through July 5, 1957, inclusive, fcr rough riding leaving the gate in the second race on Saturday, June 22, 1957."
