HIGHLAND PARKS PLANS Mr R A Hiller representing Walter O Par ¬ tner of Nashville is at Gores Hotel Mr Partner who was the executive figure at Windsor for two seasons will open the Highland Park track this season It is in Detroit and ex ¬ cellently situated Some 30000 is to be spent on the establishment before racing begins and seren stakes have already been opened They close March 15 and their full conditions will be displayed in time by DAILY RACING FOBH The Highland Park meeting will open about June 1 and c ntinue through June and July The Far ¬ mer syndicate will give a meeting at Montreal after the summer meeting at Highland Park and may hold a fall meeting at the Detroit trnck
