OUTLAWED JOCKEYS WANTED Jockeys are scarce in these days and the Turf Congress officials through its Liconso Icons Commit ¬ tee have issued a general invitation for applica applicant ¬ tions ions from the outlawed riders for reinstatement and license They are given until Juno 1 to make their requests After that date there will bo a joint meeting of the License and Appeal Committees of the Turf Congress at Cincinnati to take action on their cases Each applicant will have to appear before the Committee in person
