JOCKEY CLUB CUTS RACING FEES The Jockey Club met last Thursday The members present were F H Hitchcock K K Knapp A H Morris C Oliver Iselin Selling T Hitchcock Jr Andrew Miller S S Howland Holland James Galway Jesse Brown and C Fellowes Fellows Mr F R Hitchcock presided The following amendments to the racing rules were adopted Hule Thule 165 by adding a new paragraph as fol fool ¬ lows lowsThe loathe The Stewards of the Jockey Club shall have power to modify change or remit any penalty or fine imposed by them themRule Hercules Rule 156 second paragraph to Jread Read as fol fool ¬ lows lowsIn losing In the absence of a specified contract the fee to a jockey in all races not exceeding 300 to the winning horse shall bo 15 for a winning mount and 5 for a losing mount in all other races 25 for a winning mount and 10 for a losing mount
