she perhaps would have won There was a lot of humping at the head of the stretch All the first four were to blame for it It was a tired lot and the were staggering all through the stretch Borden ran a good race and hung on gamely Bad racing luck beat Mr Easton out of third place He stumbled and almost fell entering the back stretch Festa Feta went all to pieces after running three quarters
