GOSSIP OF THE TURF Imp ai rived at Sheepshead Shepherd Bay in good con dition edition and is the object of much inspection and comment Here is what Kelston Keelson of Morning Telegraph says about her herThe hearth The western filly Imp in charge of her owner and trainer Mr Charles Brossman Grossman was out on the track at Sheepshead Shepherd yesterday morn ¬ ing King and trotted and cantered I had a look at her in her stall She looks very well for a filly that has been racing all season and just made a long railroad trip She is on lengthy rakish lines with a very speedy look to her As a 2 yearold earl I am told by horsemen who saw her race she was about the same class as Cleophus Cloths and as those identified with the filly have no doubt of her staying abilities she must be reckoned as dangerous in the Suburban with 102 pounds to carry carryt carry Another paragraph about her in the same t j paper says Imp the newlyarrived Suburban candidate is already in trouble Her name has never been recorded according to the require ¬ ments aments of the Jockey Club but the proper course is being pursued to make that all right on the payment of a 50 fine
