the end 1lUs horse does not seem to be able to stand grief When he collapsed at the head of the stretch ho bumped inlo inflow and interfered with Amy Wade The interfen intervene nco co waa Wada trivial and no notice was taken of it Madrilene Marlene handled her weight nicely and ran a clever race Paul Griggs Rigs was short ou speed and hardly ran to his notch He had a heavy load to carry though and his race was far from being a bad one George H Ketcham Ketch may have staled some Abe Furst Furs had no speed at all Neither had Meddler Throw both races out King Bermuda wore one bar plato horses heads were onequal unequal terms at the wire Tennys Tennyson hindquarters were seemingly two feet in front of Dr Sheppards Sheppard Uonley Only resorted to foul tacticsat tactics the head of the stretch bearing in on Dr Sheppard This compelled Bloss Loss on the latter to cnange change his whip from his right to his left hand which he did very cleverly Candelaria Candelabra made a strong bid at the head of the stretch hot died away at the finish Dunois Dubois took the short route and ran a fair race Can ¬ delaria Della wore two bar plates Cherry Leaf did the best he could The going
