He ran as if he might do in better company. St. Simonian ran a fair race. He appeared to be short and will do to watch. Master Lee ran his race, finishing strongly. The same applies to Syrlin. Jezebel did her best. Florence Fink showed speed and may score at flva furlongs in ordinary company. Elsin should have been second, but was badly messed about.
