PERSONS RULED OFF. Covington, Kt., July 19, 1899. Find below corrected list of ruled off, suspended and expelled persons from the Pacific Coast Jockey Club : J. Burns, B. Sheppard, A. Stanford and John Coyle, jockeys, ruled off. , R. Cairns, J. Wilkins and Doc Tuberville, jockeys, indefinitely suspended. H. Cooper, owner; A. Nickells and F. E. Mul-holland, trainers, expelled. E. C. Hopper, Secretary. Covington. Ky., July 25, 1899. The following persons have been ruled off and suspended by the St. Louis Fair Association : 1897 C. Johnson, jockey, Dick Young, Bradford Blevins, Jerry Downing, trainer, ruled off. Dr. C. S. Herbert alias J. C. Davis and O. A. Arthur, trainer, and H. L. Wasson, agent, account, Little I Am ringing case. 1898 The following jockeys were indefinitely suspended : A. Warren, C. Clay, Tip Leigh, J. Snell, O. L. Elliott and Archie Mclntyre, the latter suspended for all but his employer, W. P. Magraue. 1899 T. B. Watts, owner and trainer. The above are an addition to those already sent. E. C.
