PERSONS RULED OFF. Covington, Ky., July 19, 1899. Find below corrected list of ruled off, suspended and expelled persons from the Pacific Coa-a Jockey Club: J. Burns, B. Sheppard, A. Stanford and John Coylo, jockeys, ruled off. K Cairns, J. Wilkins and Doc TuborvUle, jockeys, indefinitely suspended. H. Cooper, owner; A. Nickells and F. E. Mul-holland, trainers, expelled. E. C. HorrEE, Secretary. J Covington. Ky., July 25. 1899. The following persons have boen ruled off and suspended by the St. Louis Fair Association: 1897 C. Johnson, jockey, Dick Young, Bradford Blovins, Jerry Downing, trainer, ruled oB . Dr. C. S. Herbert alias J. C. Davis and O. A. Arthur, trainer, and H. L. Wasson, agent, account, Little I Am ringing case. 1898 The foUowing jockeys were indefinitely suspended: A. Warren, C.Clay, Tip Leigh, J. Snell, O. L. Elliott and Archie Mclntyre. the latter suspended for aU but his employer, W. P. Magrane. 1899 T. B. Watts, owner and trainer. The above are an addition to thoso already sent. E. C. Hopper, Secretary. Covington, Ky., Jny 28. 1899., I have received notice of the foUowing rulings from the Chicago Racing Association Hawthorne : Jockey J. Rutter, suspended indefinitely for suspicious actions and getting left on the horse Uhler on July 12. Recommended that the License Committee revoke his license. Jockey T. McNickle, suspended indefinitely for rido on horse King Bermuda ; same recommendation as to revoking license". Jockey Charles Melton, suspended indefinitely for ride on horse The Winner; same recommendation as to revoking license. The following jockey licenses have been revoked by the License Committee on recommendation of the judges of the Chicago Jockey Club, viz.: T. Rutter, Charlos Melton, T. McNickle. E. C. Wood Hoffman, owner, fined 00 and his stable suspondod for thirty days for misrepresentation in Duffy license case. The License Committee has revoked Bispings license on the recommendation of the judges of said Jockey Club. E. C.
