HARLKM NOTES. AH of the minor clerical details connected with the coming meeting at Harlem have been completed. Commencing with tomorrow morning Secretary Nathauson and his force of clerks will be at the track for the purpose of catering to the wants of horsemen. The Harlem nanagement will have all badges ready for distribution tomorrow morning. Secretary N*-thanson wishes publicity given the fact that it U desirable for horsemen to call for their Harlem badges at once, as no badges will be distributed after 12 oclock of any racing day. For the convenience of owners who have their animals stabled at Hawthorne, the Harlem Jockey Club will have an entry clerk at the Cicero track every morning between the hours of 9 aDd 10 oclock during the coming and subsequent meetings at Harlem.
