A dispatch from New York eays that the statement that the Jockey Clubs stewards havo decided to "outlaw" all the owners, trainers and jockeys who continue to participate in the running races at Charleston Industrial Fair has been officially confirmed at the office of the Jockey Club. It has been Baid that the decision cf tho governing turf body in the matter was not reached until after the horsemen had applied for an opinion as to their standing if they should race at Charleston. One of the officials of tho Jockey Club said yesterday that the horseman wore warned before they over went to Charleston, and were informed what the consequences would be if they raced thore.
